TILES QUANTITY CALCULATION

The standard dimensions of a single parking pattern flooring is recommended as:

  • Length: 6  meters, 15 pcs of tiles
  • Width: 4 meters, 10 pcs of tiles.
  • Total: 150 pcs of tiles

However users can freely DIY any patterns they like according to their actual place layout.

How to quickly calculate the required tiles quantity of your floor?

  • ( Length / 0.4 m ) * ( Width / 0.4 m ) * 1.03 = Tiles Quantity

Options. Slotted Floor Foundation for Carwash Interlocking Tiles

  • This option is only for the carwash or car detailing interlocking tiles.
  • The vented interlocking tiles can be floored directly without slotted foundation, it will be good that the doorside has a municipal sewer, thus the flushing water can run to the sewer.
  • If there is no municipal sewer to drain out the water, the carwash workshop could consider to design a slotted floor foundation for the tiles, thus the flushing water can be collected in the silt pool.
  • The width of drainage slot should be not more than 8 cm, in order to not affect the load-bearing of the tiles upon it.
